Chen Tai Chi with David Chen

We teach a specially modified form of chen style Tai Chi for people who need special attention (e.g. balance issues, surgery rehab, senior citizens, outpatients or anyone who feels the normal public classes are too much). These very popular classes teach short, graceful routines that maximise the many health benefits that come from regular practise of Tai Chi.

The classes have proven so effective that ACC now subsidises recognised Tai Chi teachers around New Zealand to advance their "Fall Prevention" strategy. Chen TaiChi-cise Centre runs 20 such classes weekly across the suburbs of Southern Auckland and Papakura.

Classes at Te Puru:

Day: Mondays & Wednesdays
Time: 9:00am to 10:00am
Cost: TBA
