Circuit training is the fastest way to achieve maximum results from your workout. The circuit is designed to work the entire body, combining strength and cardio training to give you a total body workout. A buzzer sounds two minutes at which time every circuit user must move to the next station, this means you are not standing around waiting for equipment. Classes run twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays so you can come to one or both. Preschoolers welcome.
