The Function Room has many different uses from holding classes, exhibitions and meetings as well as small weddings and functions. The Function Room has ranch slider doors opening up onto a large deck that overlooks Te Puru Park right down to the beach. This room can cater for up to 80 standing or 70 seated.



The Clubrooms is a good space for meetings and functions that wish to make use of the Bar. We open the Clubrooms and Bar when our affiliated Sports clubs have home games so spectators can enjoy a drink from the bar while still being able to view the field.  This room can cater for up to 70 standing and 60 seated.



This is the main feature of Te Puru Community Centre. It has a full size Basketball court, 4 Badminton courts and a Netball court all on a spring loaded floor. Our Sports Hall is used for a huge variety of sports events and is also where we hold prize givings, weddings, fundraisers, productions and community meetings or events.  The Hall can cater for up to 400 standing guests or up to 350 seated.



The Mezzanine Floor is great for small fitness or training classes, arts and crafts, or a good place to watch sports events happening in the hall. 



The (A Grade) kitchen is available for hire along side hire of any other room at Te Puru if you wish to organise catering for your booking.  You also have the option of Hiring the Kitchen on its own. Our Kitchen  contains a deep fryer, hot plate, warmer, gas stove, oven, freezer, walk in fridge and plenty of bench space to prepare food.



The Committee Room is perfect for holding small meetings, this room has a board room table seating up to 14 people.



The Downstairs Studio is a great space for running most types of classes.

If you are holding a larger event you will be looking at an event hire rate.  All the below prices include use of the Kitchen and Bar Staff to Run the Bar.  We can organise hire of additional equipment for you if needed. Prices are GST exclusive.  A Bond will apply to all facility bookings.
