Judith started her Pilates journey in the UK, gaining her first qualification in 2008. Judith’s passion for a holistic approach to health has inspired her to qualify as a Health and Wellness Coach too.
Judith’s class works with your specific level of fitness. Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced, there is an option for everyone. You will feel your body working from your first class and you can progress at the right speed for you.
Regular Pilates classes will give many health benefits including increased flexibility, improved core strength, and improved breathing and circulation. Pilates condition the deeper, supporting muscles of your body to improve posture, balance and coordination.
We have a limited number of mats available to use, or you can bring your own. Don’t forget a bottle of water!
